Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Art Prints and Printed Products
We accept returns and offer refunds for art prints and other printed products under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Original Artworks and Commissions
- Original artworks and custom commissions are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of original artworks and custom commissions. If you have any concerns, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for an eligible item, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Refund Process
