You can typically expect 2-4 weeks to receive your Watercolor Painting after placing your order, with a bit longer times during holiday season.

Yes! I offer payment plans through Shop Pay, which allows you to split your purchase into multiple, interest-free installments. This is a great option if you'd like to preserve your bouquet or buy an amazing gift while managing your budget.

Because each painting is a personalized creation, I’m unable to accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out, and we will work together to figure out the solution

No! Unlike traditional bouquet preservation, you don’t need to send me your actual bouquet! 3-5 clear photos of your bouquet is all I need! After placing your order, send photos to victoria@victoriahawkinsart.com

After you place your order, email a link to your wedding gallery or individual pictures to victoria@victoriahawkinsart.com.

Truly the more the merrier as any details I can pull from your venue, dress, accessories, etc. will inspire the design of the custom border on your painting.

Once finished, your hand-painted watercolor bouquet will be shipped to you with a certificate of authenticity, to celebrate your special day forever!

I’ll paint a custom watercolor portrait based on those images and info, capturing your pet’s personality and charm. Each piece is hand-painted with love and shipped to you once it’s complete with a certificate of authenticity included.

For Birth Flower Bouquets, you don’t need to send any photos. Instead, you’ll select the birth month and flower for each person you want included, and you’ll have the option to provide their names as well. I’ll use those details to create a meaningful floral arrangement, and any extra info you share (like hobbies, family memories, vacation spots, etc.) helps me design a custom painted border that makes the piece even more personal.

Then I'll paint your bouquet honoring each member of your family and ship it to you with a certificate of authenticity included.
