How to Order a Custom Watercolor Bouquet Painting

Want a gorgeous, hand-painted Custom Watercolor Bouquet that commemorates your love story? Whether it’s your wedding bouquet, a birth flower arrangement, or something completely unique, I’d love to create a custom watercolor bouquet just for you! Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Pick Your Bouquet Type

Under “Order Your Bouquet” on my website, you’ll see a few different options:

• Wedding Bouquets – A beautiful way to preserve your wedding flowers forever.
  
  
• Birth Flower Bouquets – A personalized floral arrangement featuring up to ten birth flowers honoring your family or pets. (A popular gift for moms)
  
  
• Custom Watercolor Bouquet Package – This is for you if you want a completely done-for-you gifting experience. It includes a design consult, custom framing, painting add-ons, and gift wrapping/shipping.
  
  

Step 2: Fill Out the Details

Once you’ve chosen your bouquet type, you’ll be able to fill in the details to make the painting uniquely yours!

• Wedding bouquets:
  
  
  • Choose Frame or Unframed.
    
    
  • Share any preferences you may have including colors or a last name and wedding date written on the bottom of the painting.
    
    
  • Check the “add a bumble” box to add a fuzzy buddy to the painting.
    
    
  • After placing your order, email a few clear pictures of your bouquet to victoria@victoriahawkinsart.com
    
    
• Birth Flower bouquets:
  
  
  • Choose Frame or Unframed.
    
    
  • Choose up to 10 birth flowers from the dropdown box. (There are two flower options for each month, offering variety for family members born in the same month).
    
    
  • Include each family member’s name with their birth month so I can paint your insert that lists who’s who in the painting.
    
    
  • Share any extra preferences you may have including colors or a family name written on the bottom of the painting.
    
    
  • Check the “add a bumble” box to add a fuzzy buddy to the painting.
    
    
• Custom Watercolor Bouquet Package:
  
  
  • What does your dream custom watercolor bouquet look like? Share your vision in the box provided.
    
    
  • After placing your order, I’ll follow up with you to set up the design consultation at a time that works for you.
    
    
  • Together we will bring your vision to life, complete with all the bells and whistles.
    
    

Step 3: Place Your Order

After submitting your order, you’ll get an email confirmation and I’ll officially add your painting to my schedule!

Step 4: The Painting Process

This is where the magic happens! I carefully hand-paint every custom watercolor bouquet with lots of love and attention to detail based on your reference photos/flower selections. You can expect 2-4 weeks for turnaround time (a bit more during holiday season). I’ll keep you updated throughout the whole process!

Step 5: Shipping (and Optional Sneak Peek!)

Your painting will be signed and safely packaged with its certificate of authenticity. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text. Most customers love the surprise of opening their painting for the first time when it arrives at their home, but if you’d like a preview before I ship, just let me know!
